Upon completion of orders the following will take place once transaction has been completed you will receive an order# and tax invoice please advise once payment has been cleared

Either via Afterpay or Zip pay we will commence the processing of your order once this is completed you will then receive a tracking# assigned to your order and ways to track it

Simply input your email address and order number to retrieve your tracking number. Please note that some items don't come with tracking capabilities, if your item doesn't come with tracking it will be noted in the product description. If it's been more than 5 business days since you've placed your order and you're still unable to retrieve tracking information, please contact us on support@lumenglow.com
